Tutorials need to be opened in Author, not Reader. These are zip files: you'll need to unzip them. (If you're using Windows, you'll need an unzipping program; you can download a free one here here if you don't already have one.) If you're using Windows or Linux, open the .sophie files by double-clicking the SophieBook.sophiepublished file inside that folder. These tutorials include Quicktime video; if you're using Windows, you'll need to install Quicktime for the video to work. If you don't have Quicktime on Windows or if you're using Linux, you can still watch the videos embedded in the tutorials by going to our blip.tv page. |
